All The Trenches purchases have an 30-day return policy.
All purchases made on www.TheTrenches.global , or in any of The Trenches apps, have a 30-day return period. Go ahead and test out you’re The Trenches Sport purchase to make sure it works for you.
You can return items (some exceptions apply) for any reason within those 30 days. And remember, returns are always free for The Trenches Members.

How To Return A order.
You can choose your preferred carrier to send your items back. Be aware that you’ll need to cover any shipping costs. To start your return:
1. Go to Contact Us and enter your order number and email address, Your order number can be found in any of the order emails we sent.
2. Provide the return reason.
3. Submit your return to get the return shipping address. Be sure to note or print the address that we’ll automatically email you.
4. Send your items back by taking your return to your carrier of choice. Please package your return securely (if possible, use the original packaging). Remove or cover any previous shipping labels and barcodes to avoid shipping delays.

We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, use one of the options above to return a defective or flawed item. If it’s been more than 30 days, please contact us to return the item.
